Canadien born living in Japan as a musician and yoga teacher.
From an early age, Maryse has influences from jazz, contemporary classical music, ambient,and recently electronica music.
Her variety of flutes and organic sounds flow like the wind through seasons and soundscapes. Her close relationship to nature and meditation is felt through her music and gives a soothing ethereal sound. Her new release Elements is in collaboration with Okinawan artist Peace-K and Masaha from Coconbe studios. Through their intuitive and musical sense, this album is in tune with the five elements of the seasons and body. It touches a deep level of serenity and peace.
